If you’re new to cycling, coming back to it after a break, or working on your base fitness, this is the challenge for you. Log ten rides of ten miles or longer and there's cycling goodie bags and one-off personalised T shirts up for grabs.

Log 10 rides of 10 miles (16 KM) or longer before June 30th to be entered into a prize draw to win a cycling goodie bag worth over £100.

Plus the 5 riders logging the most rides will each win a one-off CW.CC Ten of Ten Tee Shirt, customised with their name and distance covered in the challenge.
